Shipping Liability and Insurance

Insurance Coverage:

All shipped orders are covered by a basic insurance provided by the transport company. This insurance covers up to a certain amount per kilogram transported, according to the regulations of the courier company used.

Liability Limitations:

In case of loss or damage during shipping, compensation will be limited to the amount established by the transport company, calculated based on the package weight. We understand that this amount may not cover the total value of the order; therefore, we recommend our customers consider additional insurance if the value of their order significantly exceeds the standard coverage.

Claims Process:
  • Lost Packages: If a package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, we will initiate a claim with the courier company. If the loss is confirmed, we will manage the compensation process according to the carrier's policies and offer the customer options such as a partial refund or a replacement shipment, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
  • Damaged Packages: If the customer receives a damaged package, they must provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once the claim is received, we will initiate the compensation process with the transport company. The compensation amount will be in accordance with the carrier's established limitations.
Additional Insurance:

For high-value products, we offer the option of purchasing additional insurance at the customer's expense, which covers the full value of the order. This ensures that, in case of loss or damage, the full value can be recovered.

Signature Upon Delivery:

For high-value orders, a signature may be required at the time of delivery to ensure that the package is received by the appropriate recipient.

Exclusions:

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs issues, or strikes. In such cases, we will do our best to keep the customer informed and find an appropriate solution.
