Prompt Disposition

Title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier.

Delivery
The dates or delivery times will be understood as approximate, the delay not constituting a fundamental breach, once the order is issued, if it suffers a delay of more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the total amount paid at no cost, and without incurring any liability for damages to aacore supply.
